Advertisers are going to digital.
Mobile makes up roughly 65% of digital advertising spend and the U.S. digital ad spend is expected to reach $73 billion this year, representing 37% of U.S. total media spend. And come 2019, mobile will represent roughly a third.
Although these opportunities are exciting, we expect continued targeting of mobile as a channel for fraud. Fraudsters always follow the money.  The sophistication of ad fraud has continued to increase.  Given the increasing spend in mobile, we expect that fraudsters will continue deploying increasingly sophisticated schemes in an attempt to hide their activity from advertisers.
